Privacy Policy

When you use the portal, we may process information that you or an authorized administrator enters, including account, contact, relationship, task, and activity information.

When you choose to connect Google Calendar, Google provides the portal only the data authorized on the Google consent screen:

• Basic Google account information, such as your account identifier, name, and email address.
• Calendar-list information needed to display and select a calendar you can use.
• Calendar event information needed to create, retrieve, update, and delete events linked to MRM tasks.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens that permit the authorized connection. The portal never receives your Google password.

Event details may include the task title, date and time, time zone, recurrence, reminders, participants, and an internal MRM task identifier. We use this information only to provide and maintain the calendar feature requested by the user.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or provide it to data brokers. Information may be processed by service providers that host or operate the portal on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the portal, or others.

If a user adds participants to a synchronized task, the calendar provider may deliver the resulting invitation or update to those participants.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect portal data. Google authorization tokens are encrypted before storage, and access to calendar functions is limited to authenticated users and server-side services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Calendar connection information is retained while the connection remains active and as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You can disconnect a Google Calendar from My Profile. Disconnecting removes the portal's stored calendar connection and attempts to remove events created through that connection. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

MRM Healthcare Portal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may update this policy as the portal or its legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
